  • Abstract In recent years, the rise of countries will promote green spaces and planting. This international campaign is based on the philosophy. "Green City" Originated in the Netherlands and the proposed start of the 2002 World Horticultural Exposition (Floriade) Urban Images. "Green City" philosophy believes that green infrastructure creates more efficiency for society, economics and environment. Philosophy of green city obtains more and more reverberation from green organizations in the world. For promoting the solicitude of experts, the publics and the public institutions on green infrastructure, the empirical is necessary. Through the sharing of information between national and international, and participation the actual project, the results of scientific research induced into the established industry and policy directly, and then collaboration and learning by international interaction. The advantages of green landscaping planting concluded carbon reduction sustainably and create more habitats, furthermore, to provide more opportunities to understand of the flora and fauna for visitors. To promote low carbon park recreation features, the concept of wastes recycling such as reduction the purchase of materials, landscaping, and increasing activity space should be considered. The Features of environmental education were created with more emphasis on the value and significance of waste resource recycling.
