  • Abstract The world・s earliest environmental label is the "Blue Angel" environmental label im-plemented by Germany in 1978, and then Canada, Japan, and Northern Europe have followed suit. Up to now, there are five more than ten countries have participated in the promotion of environmental labeling to establish a product green verification retrieval platform, currently more than 30 label organizations in the world. The Environmental Protection Agency began to promote this system in December 1992. The standard is "low pollution, recyclable, and resource-saving" environmentally friendly products in Taiwan.
    This study will conduct quantitative trend analysis of the industrial economy, industry professional managers or hostage interviews based on the perception of the green label, and estimate the scale of the domestic textile industry. The study is based on the trend of the tex-tile industry output value and output scale economy model in the past 30 years According to the estimation of potential changes, the results show that Taiwan・s textile industry has different performances in different types. The output value of textile and petrochemical accounts for more than half of the output value of Taiwan・s textile industry, and the industrial chain of upper, middle and lower industries is very clear. However, because of the huge value, other textile data will be overwhelmed by the data and cannot be presented. Therefore, this study later adopted the economic model to show the potential of the trend. After the data of textile petroleum raw materials were excluded, the remaining textile production types were It can be clearly shown; some industries have moved out before the market has reached a mature scale or the market has moved out before the market has matured, causing the upstream, middle, and downstream chains to be unable to connect.     The results of the study show that the future development trend of Taiwan・s textile in-dustry is to respond to global environmental awareness and drive the prosperity of the envi-ronmentally-friendly textile industry. The R&D and innovation of Taiwanese manufacturers have established a firm foothold in the world. In the future, manufacturers can also focus on antibacterial and antimicrobial protection in IPA analysis. Projects such as mildew, antibacterial, deodorant, anti-allergic, easy to decontaminate, anti-electromagnetic wave, oil spill, anti-wrinkle, and anti-flame will be further developed. In summary, this study found that Taiwan's textile petrochemical raw materials and environmentally friendly label functional textile industries, because textile petrochemicals account for the highest proportion of Taiwan's textile industry and are maturely developed, they can be used as conservative and stable investment targets for manufacturers
