Abstract | Looking at the evolution of Taiwan's fire management system, we can see that fire management in Taiwan has not yet become a reasonable system and that there are still many obstacles to be implemented in implementing it. As a result, today there is no good policy to stop the proliferation of non-compliance; therefore, while social prosperity and development are under way , The fire protection environment has hidden many fire safety problems that affect the lives and property of the people. When a fire in these public buildings is used, it often causes great damage and may even cause public panic. Fire protection work is very important to the people's well-being and the safety of life and property. The more advanced countries are, the more they attach importance to fire prevention and disaster relief. In order to improve organizational performance, managers must utilize different management tools and methods to integrate personal goals and organizational goals in order to exert organizational effectiveness, stimulate organizational morale and reduce staff turnover. Under the concept of fire management system and business strategy, this research department puts forward "the research of operation and management strategy of fire safety professional company" through literature research and questionnaire survey, which can provide reference for related industries in operation and management. |
