  • Abstract Looking at the evolution of Taiwan's fire management system, we can see
    that fire management in Taiwan has not yet become a reasonable system and
    that there are still many obstacles to be implemented in implementing it. As a
    result, today there is no good policy to stop the proliferation of non-compliance;
    therefore, while social prosperity and development are under way , The fire
    protection environment has hidden many fire safety problems that affect the
    lives and property of the people. When a fire in these public buildings is used, it
    often causes great damage and may even cause public panic.
    Fire protection work is very important to the people's well-being and the
    safety of life and property. The more advanced countries are, the more they
    attach importance to fire prevention and disaster relief. In order to improve
    organizational performance, managers must utilize different management tools
    and methods to integrate personal goals and organizational goals in order to
    exert organizational effectiveness, stimulate organizational morale and reduce
    staff turnover.
    Under the concept of fire management system and business strategy, this
    research department puts forward "the research of operation and management
    strategy of fire safety professional company" through literature research and
    questionnaire survey, which can provide reference for related industries in
    operation and management.
