  • Abstract Abstract
    This study aims to investigate whether there are any differences in the service attitudes, service quality, and satisfaction of Vietnamese people in Taiwan towards airlines. The research method adopted an online questionnaire convenience sampling method, and a total of 387 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS 26 statistical software was used to complete validity analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, mean and standard deviation analysis, T test and variance analysis, post hoc test analysis, and regression analysis. The study found the following:
    1. Vietnamese people in Taiwan have a significant positive impact on the service attitude and service quality of airlines.
    2.Second, Vietnamese people in Taiwan have a significant positive impact on the service quality and satisfaction of airlines.
    3. The service attitude and satisfaction of Vietnamese people in Taiwan towards airlines have a significant positive impact.
