| Abstract | After the mediation and appraisal committee of the Taipei City Interior Decoration Commercial Association was officially commissioned by the court to conduct the identification case, it was found that there was no uniform identification manual in the industry. This study uses the research methods such as "case sampling analysis", "expert interview method" and "questionnaire analysis" to explore the professional competence, neutral objective angle and precautions of the appraisers in the court appointment process. And the operation steps, drafting an operation procedure and specification draft of the "Authorization Manual"; using the type analysis of each type and dispute as a method of checking whether it should be supplemented or specifically developed. Through the above-mentioned implementation of the operating procedures to examine and present the identification of practical knowledge, the expected results can effectively help identify the needs of the operation, in order to reduce the possibility of omissions. |
