  • Abstract The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) developed in recent years has the advantages of high mobility, low cost, and limitation in use, and has been widely used in engineering surveying and mapping. This study takes Jingmei Creek, Shenkeng District, New Taipei City as a case, using GNSS real-time dynamic positioning and UAV aerial survey technologies to quickly obtain target data, and then use Pix4Dmapper to compose a three-dimensional model to calculate the water level.
     The results of this study found that the method of measuring the height of the water level has been verified to reach a longitude of 5 cm, but the error can reach 35 cm, and it can be measured in the river area of the river model. It is practically feasible and more feasible.The second measurement phase was confirmed.
