Title | Research on deformation of high-rigidity car body B-pillar reinforcement structure | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | Abstract This paper explores the impact of reinforcing structures and structural tie rods on the deformation of the B-pillar of a high-rigidity car body. Through model modeling using ProE/ENGINEER industrial drawing software and finite element analysis software Ansys, the impact of reinforcing structures and structural tie rods on high-rigidity vehicle body Data analysis of body B-pillar deformation. Based on the actual car body data and using ProE to draw the reinforcement mechanism and install it on the baseline model, import it into Ansys structural analysis and simulation software for static analysis, and then refer to the existing commercially available cockpit as a cage car body structure, the front and rear of the car Then use the design form of skeleton construction and use reinforced mechanism drawing to reinforce the structure. Put the reinforced structure into ProE for drawing, and then add it to the set benchmark model to determine its deformation and displacement. Compare and discuss quantities and weights. This study included seven models with different reinforcing structures, using the same environment and restriction conditions for static analysis, and comparing their rigidity strength and deformation degree. In order to find the model with the strongest rigidity and the lowest degree of deformation. Keywords: Car Body B-Pillar, Ansys, ProE, Static Analysis, Rigidity. |
