  • Abstract The subject of this study is interior design, which is to further explore the lifetime property value of customers and make a research report on efficient customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
    This study discusses the relationship between customer perceived value and customer satisfaction and loyalty of an interior design and decoration company. The data was collected through the online questionnaire tool Google Form service. A total of 321 questionnaires were distributed and collected, among which 82 questionnaires were excluded. The response rate to this survey was 74% This study use SPSS version statistical software for descriptive. The data was analyzed by One-Way ANOVA, Independent T sample test, Pearson correlation analysis, Regression analysis and Correlation coefficient analysis. The result indicates that
    1. There is a partially significant difference in customer perception value between demographic background variables.
    2. There is a partially significant differences in customer satisfaction between demographic background variables.
    3. There is no significant difference in customer loyalty between demographic background variables.
    4. Customer perception value has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction.
    5. Customer perception value has a positive influence on customer loyalty.
    6. Customer satisfaction has a positive influence on customer loyalty.
