  • Abstract In the past, customers in procuring products used rational analysis to buy inexpensive but satisfactory things. Since 2002 owing to our government¡¦s promotion of culturally creative industry and the popularity of education, culturally creative products have been blossoming everywhere. Beginning from 1995 more pre-owned cars have been sold than new ones. This indicates that in our country the sale of pre-owned cars has become the main trend in the car industry.
    The conclusion of this paper will point out that contacting customers for the first time, the salesmen of pre-owned cars should not think that this first procurement is the customer¡¦s last procurement. In dealing with customers, if salesmen can spend time in understanding the backgrounds of customers, culture in particular, and taking into consideration the conclusion of this study, they will be more willing to buy. In this way, in this competitive sales market, this study will exercise positive influence on an enterprise in its long-term business.
