  • Abstract Abstract
    In addition to using physical stores and department store counters for
    sales in the apparel industry, it is also popular to use market and e commerce sales channels. However, how to judge the sales f orce of the market and e-commerce is a topic that can be discussed. Because we can understand the sales force of different channels, we can continue to formulate follow up strategies such as product grouping and marketing cost management, which has many benefits. This paper proposes a new analysis and evaluation method,which can analyze the sales force of different sales channels. The paper also presents a case study to illustrate how to analyze and apply this kind of sales force.
