Abstract | It seems that in addition to raising, going to school, and going to a doctor, more than 70% of people are in employment in their entire life. Changes in careers have also produced many emerging technologies under the alternation of different generations; Whether there is an impact on the efficiency of the horizon. This research is aimed at unemployed trainees in Taoyuan area and participates in pre-employment training (including tourism and leisure occupations, creative design occupations and other eight occupations). A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, 254 questionnaires were returned, 232 valid questionnaires, and the recovery rate 91.33% used the SPSS 22 software package to conduct narrative statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t test and single factor variance analysis and regression analysis using the questionnaire survey method. In addition, five relevant trainees were interviewed after participating in the training. research shows: 1ˇBDifferent background variables have significant differences in the intention to participate in the training, and some are established. 2ˇBDifferent background variables have significant differences in training satisfaction, some of which are true. 3ˇBVariables in different backgrounds have significant differences in career effectiveness, and some are true. 4ˇBThere is a positive relationship between training intention and training satisfaction, which is established. 5ˇBSatisfaction and career effectiveness have a positive relationship, which is established. 6ˇBThere is a positive correlation among the three research variables: participation intention, career effectiveness, and participation satisfaction. 7ˇBThere is a positive correlation among the three research variables: participation intention, career effectiveness, and participation satisfaction, career effectiveness, and satisfaction. 8ˇBParticipation satisfaction has a partial intermediary effect in the predictive effect of participating intentions on career effectiveness. 9ˇBThe higher the sense of confidence, competence and ability to act, the higher the career effectiveness Make conclusions and future suggestions based on the research and analysis results, provide reference and improve career effectiveness. |
