  • Abstract Since the government implemented a two-day weekend, domestic tourism has become more and more popular. Every weekend and holiday, We bring the family to go to a special leisure farm and ranch to experience the pastoral style has become a new trend in domestic tourism.
    This study takes the Sambar House at the Shanjiao Deer Farm of Taoyuan as an example to explore whether there is any differential impact between consumers' travel expectations and satisfaction, as well as their willingness to revisit. The research method was conducted using random sampling of paper questionnaires. A total of 425 survey subjects were surveyed, and the number of valid questionnaires was 400, with an effective recovery rate of 94.1%.
    The results of statistical analysis using SPSS show that there are significant differences in the overall satisfaction of consumers of different ages and education levels with the Sambar House at the Shanjiao Deer Farm of Taoyuan, but the average overall satisfaction of consumers' background factors is above 3.9 , thus indicating that consumers are satisfied with the Sambar House at the Shanjiao Deer Farm of Taoyuan. There is a significant difference between consumers' pre-trip expectations and post-experience satisfaction in terms of service scope. According to the IPA results, the priority improvement area (IV) includes three items: sufficient parking space, protection of basic customer information, and professional knowledge of service personnel to answer customer questions. The average score of consumers' willingness to revisit is 3.93 points, indicating that consumers are willing to revisit the Sambar House at the Shanjiao Deer Farm of Taoyuan.
