Abstract | Sustainable management is a major issue of common concern to global enterprises today. It has become the biggest goal pursued by enterprises. From the perspective of the basis of human resources management, it is discovered that the shortage of workers in the labor market will cause hidden dangers for enterprises to pursue sustainable management goals. Through good human resources management, the enterprise will be strengthened and this management will become the enterprise's goal. One of the important keys to achieving sustainable business goals. In this context, the paper explores the impact of rehiring middle-aged and elderly workers on the sustainable operation of enterprises, and puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This study conducted a survey through questionnaires and obtained 530 valid questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed through "narrative statistical analysis", "factor analysis and reliability analysis", "independent sample t test analysis", and "single factor variation analysis". , "Pearson correlation analysis" and "regression analysis" and other statistical methods are used to analyze the data to explore the characteristics of middle-aged and elderly workers in different personal background variables, the correlation and differences between each aspect, and "work attitude" , the correlation between the three aspects of "professionalism" and "adaptability". Its research results show: Different personal background variables have some significant differences among the three aspects of "work attitude", "professionalism" and "adaptability", which means that workers with different background conditions have different opinions on the middle-aged and elderly workers. There are differences in the identity of the characteristics of the person. In addition, "professional quality" and "adaptability" have a significant correlation and significant impact on the "work attitude" aspect, and "adaptability" on the "professional quality" aspect. From the above research results, we know that companies can use the characteristics of middle-aged and elderly workers to re-hire, replace some jobs, or reshape jobs, which can become a good medicine to treat the hidden danger of missing jobs. |
