Abstract | The global economy activity is great promotion, because of the development of internet, info-communication technology and wireless communication, as a result, the acceleration of knowledge transmission and information exchange. Thus, human life gets into informatization around the world. In order to provide enough broadband for use and enhance the quality of network and decrease the cost of telecommunications for developing network information society, the widespread application of telecommunication information and construction of broadband network are need. Therefore, using the information technology is the priority of developing internet information society, the broadband pipeline system becoming the important base of the construction network information. The study period is the broadband pipeline construction work at Keelung County from 2006 to 2009. Firstly, the case of broadband pipeline construction is collected for discussion the factors and the characteristics of the construction. Secondly, the study is discussion the design and construction specification of the broadband pipeline. For example, the accidents treatment of construction noise, waste soil, and broking water, gas and oil pipe during the construction. The lastly, the study is compared by the damage degree and different case of already happened before to seek the factor for improvement. The finding of the research is that the broadband pipelineˇ¦s technology has been already matured. But during the construction, there are some problem of making noise, traffic jam and harming the original pipeline at underground.
