| Abstract |
This study uses a tourist attraction cafe as a case study to explore the impact of table and merchandise placement on customer behavior and spatial experience. On-site observation, customer interviews, and sales data analysis are generally used to find that reasonable traffic flow planning and visual display can increase product exposure and purchase intention, but this is often inconsistent. This study proposes a new method using network theory to evaluate the optimal location of table settings and merchandise placement. This study has reference value for the operational optimization of tourist-type catering spaces. |
