| Abstract |
This study focuses on evaluating the popularity of exhibits in venues, aiming to develop a quantifiable and practical evaluation model. The factors that contribute to exhibit appeal are diverse, including visual design, interactivity, thematic relevance, and audience engagement. While most literature uses questionnaires, the results are often inconsistent. This study adopts a new evaluation method based on process reliability theory to provide an objective and consistent evaluation. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the application of this method. |
