| Abstract | Environmental education programmes should be included in walking trails or nature observation, so that the public can have a better understanding and consensus on issues and concepts such as environmental protection and ecological conservation, in order to convey the concepts of natural ecology, environmental issues, environmental protection and conservation to the general public. In order to understand the motivation of the public to participate in the ecological environment guide activities and the satisfaction of the existing trail facilities and guide interpreters, the Camphor Tree Trail was taken as an example to conduct a questionnaire survey based on the basic information, participation motivation and satisfaction of tourists. The survey results showed that there were only 135 hiking trails in 7 districts of 12 districts in Taipei City, among which 69 were parent-child trails, 46 were casual trails, 15 were challenge trails, 5 were advanced trails, and none were Mountain climbing friendly trails, while Camphor Tree trails were parent-child trails. The tourists make More than 73.8% of the vehicles used are public transportation system, which effectively improves Maokong Mountain Traffic problems in the District. The motivation for participating in the activity is "to breathe fresh air and absorb the essence of phytoncine", "to walk in the woods and enjoy the beauty of nature", "to love nature" and "to acquire new knowledge of ecology, animals and plants". The visitors were very positive about their experience with the teachers and were very willing to recommend the trail to others. Good guides will be helpful to publicizing and promoting ecological environment education. The Camphor Tree Trail is close to the Maokong station and is well constructed along the way. It is one of the star trails on Zhi Nan mountain. If you can regularly hold different hiking guide activities, it will help visitors to know the beauty of other trails and the environment, industry and ecology of the Zhanghu area. In the survey of the facilities of the trail, the most dissatisfying were the public facilities of the trail (toilets, parking lot). The results of this study will provide reference for the administration and planning of relevant authorities in the future, and it is hoped that environmental education issues will be incorporated into future activities. |
