Abstract | Recently, the government pulls out all the stops to promoted electronic services through the network convenience to become electronic Government (e-Government). Under the impetus of electronic policies, e-Invoices have been replacing the demand for traditional papers functional to develop by degrees, moreover, they mainly exchange information through the network system between buyers and sellers. Due to the policy of Computer Uniform Invoice is coming to the termination. This study is based on the relevant documents and legislation of the government policies which to establish a suitable import mode that uses PowerBuilder to develop an E-Invoice Uploading system. The system stores data of e-Invoice into the database during uploading, and switch the data to transmit the XML, which conform to the specification, send to ¡§Transmission Software¡¨ (Turnkey). It is connecting to the E-Invoice platform of the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the results are automatically downloaded from the E-Invoice platform for verification. Through the implementation process, it is found that enterprises need to invest a lot of cost and time. They hope the government can provide relevant assistance and rewards to enhance the willingness of using e-Invoices. This report can provide a reference as the system integration of e-Invoices for the industries, its purpose is to support for succeeding with an e-Invoice project to achieve the maximum benefit of electronic invoicing in the future. |
