  • Abstract Traditional network reliability is usually applied to systems without delay factors, such as power transmission systems, water delivery systems,computer information systems, etc. However, in daily life, we often encounter network systems with delay factors, such as traffic network systems. , production line systems, and enterprise process network systems, so how to evaluate the reliability of this type of network is an issue worthy of study. This article proposes an evaluation method for the reliability of the traffic network that takes into account delay factors. It can understand the congestion situation of the traffic network, propose solutions in a timely manner, and even provide data to improve the design of the road network and improve the traffic operation situation. This article also presents a case study to illustrate how to perform this analysis and application that considers delay factors.
