Title Study on the impact of emotional management on organizational operations of digital printers - take Company A as an example.

  • Abstract This study mainly discusses the study of the operation of the organization by the emotion management of digital printers, taking Company A as a case, using the research and analysis process of case interview and questionnaire recovery data, and analyzing the correlation between the composition.
    From the analysis data results, it is learned that the £\ value of each facet has reached more than 0.7, and the regression variation R2 of emotion management on the operation of the organization is 53.5% of the explanatory force, because the significant p is 0.010,The p-value of less than 0.05 is significant, and the analysis shows that emotional management is significantly related to organisational functioning, so mood management variables affect organisational functioning and have a significant impact(p< 0.05).
      According to the results of the study and analysis, in the manufacturing service industry, emotional management is a very important issue, emotions will affect the organization's operation of good and bad, but also affect the credibility and development of the organization, within the scope of resources to the relevant staff, arrangements suitable for emotional management related courses or activities, in order to strengthen the staff's emotional control ability, in order to enhance staff to customer service, and thus improve customer dependence and trust in the organization, in order to achieve sustainable business development as the goal.
