So it is very important to draw a picture at the job level. Therefore, this study assists the research case Company- Jung-Shing International Company Limited. which is based on the parent group and the loan enterprise, based on its original system, the reference management Consultants Limited, Zhang Ruiming, Fang Human resources system to extend the research framework, and reference to the National Military education staff treatment support points and Central Bank pay point profile, as the foundation and reference for the establishment of position and salary management, to assist the case company to complete a set of system from post to post evaluation, including the salary scale of grade rank, the minimum grade level of posts, the rank of grade, the level of salary, The duty adds the level table, gives the case company to make the salary plan reference.
